It’s been rainy here lately, which is good for the gardens I reckon, but it might be making the weeds to grow too! A kind co-worker brought me newspaper again this week for my garden weed prevention like I wrote about in Spend Less Time Weeding Your Garden. However, we have not implemented using it yet this year. What do you do to get rid of weeds in your garden?
My kiddos started another swim class session. Both of them got to advance a level. We don’t do a ton of extracurricular activites at our house. Right now the two oldest have their swim class and that’s it. It’s quite likely they won’t do anything else over the summer once this session ends in June. My oldest had played in a volunteer soccer league several seasons. What are your feelings on extracurricular activities for kids? Are they necessary? Or does it get to be too much? And how do you afford the costs? Feel free to comment below.
And of course as always, bring your blogging posts to the party!
