Family Joy Blog Linkup #65

Yesterday we got started on our new chicken coop! Well, my husband did that is. 🙂 We have 14 baby chickens right now waiting on that new house. Some are in our shed and the others are in a mini-coop outside. Our butterflies also appeared this week, but unfortunately all of them did it when no one was watching. The last two made their appearance during the night it seems. We already released the first three. If you would like to hear more about our caterpillar experience you can view that post here. I will probably have another post related to that one but more about the butterflies.

Another good thing—my husband is nearing the end of his journey with nursing school. He has been doing this since August 2010 with the exception of one summer off. Now he is working on the last bits to complete his bachelor degree! And even better, we have no student loans to pay when he is finished!

So what good things are happening at your house? Tell us about them and join our party!

Now let’s enjoy a great party this week. Remember that sharing is caring at this link up party!

Charlotte

I am married with three young children. My husband and I are both registered nurses. I like to try new ideas out, and will obsessively research whatever that latest idea is. We like to try different ways to decrease our living costs and save money. My husband is great at building/fixing/diy etc. and figuring out how to implement my new schemes.

Awesome about the Hubs being almost done a bachelor of nursing, it must have been a very long journey. Your obviously a strong lady.

Thank you for hosting the party every week, I enjoy joining in on line parties and getting inspired.
